Whatever your goal, we have a dedicated team of professionals ready to help you unlock your full potential at our gym in Exeter. Our personal trainers each hold Level 3 qualifications and two years of experience as a minimum. Success in the gym is rarely down to training on its own. Nutrition and recovery also play a pivotal role. That’s precisely why we also have a team of qualified nutrition consultants and sports therapists available on-site. Everyone at Quay Fitness is committed to promoting a welcoming and friendly environment.
He specialises in weight loss and body transformations he trains people how he runs the gym: fun but efficient.
With a athletics background doing 100m at a very high level he understands the importance of self discipline and structure throughout the week
Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine, ever since my professional footballing days and also gymnastics background, working with me will be fun , rewarding and fulfilling!
Having moved down from London I can say it’s definitely a change of pace, and the lifestyle (in my opinion) is a lot healthier because of this.
My background is in triathlons, having completed many in the past, and also helped lots of people achieve there dream and completing one of these crawling races, if you need help with sporting performance or overall weight loss management.

Having at times struggled with my own mental health, I fully understand how exercise and and regular routine can help you come out the other side of a low period.
If you’re new to the gym and a complete beginner I’m your man, we will start with the basics and move forward to help you to progress to a new you.
I’m all about finding ways to train that work for who you are, what you need and how you want to live. My goal is to empower you to enjoy life in your body. You get to determine what that means to you - whether that might be feeling comfortable walking into a gym, developing a routine to manage stress etc.
I offer a friendly relaxed 1:1 and small group sessions along with optional nutrition, habit and lifestyle coaching.

I help a wide range of people achieve great things but I would say my strengths lie in sporting performance and the strength and conditioning.
I have always had a real passion for health and fitness right from school this led onto the want to help improve others and since being at Quay Fitness I’ve been lucky enough to help hundreds of people achieve there goals and improve metal and physical health.
I definitely work more long term with clients and don’t expect miracles straight away, as it often takes real time to make permanent changes that will last and become every day life. But we will definitely have fun whilst working towards this together.
My name is Louise and I have been a personal trainer at Quay Fitness since the very beginning of its opening, and what an honour it’s been to witness and be a part of the community we have built in supporting people unlock their potential with us.
I specialise in functional training methods that enable individuals to lose excess bodyweight and become fitter, stronger and leaner with a smile and confidence boost. I am here to learn about you, make a plan, keep you accountable and kick some goals together.
Over my years of being a coach I’ve managed to help several people feel and look great. This has mainly come through careful weight loss, but for some people just having the confidence to come into a gym and train has been the biggest achievement.
Working with me is definitely fun we will always be smiling even when working hard! I promise when you leave you will feel 10x better and have a far better outlook moving forward.
