Our personal trainers each hold Level 3 qualifications and two years of experience as a minimum. Success in the gym is rarely down to training on its own. Nutrition and recovery also play a pivotal role. That’s precisely why we also have a team of qualified nutrition consultants and sports therapists available on-site.
